1. Processor: Personal computer Pentium III (or more), CELERON, speed at least 1 GHz;

2. RAM: at least 128 MByte (or more);

3. Case minitower: not to use notebooks because of uncomunication with PCI cards;

4. Hard disk: more than 30 - 60 GB;

5. Graphic card: SVGA compatible, set to 1024x768, with 16 million of colours and small characters. We suggest a graphic card with indipendent memory;

6. Monitor: 17"

7. Keyboard, serial ports (COM1, COM2, also COM3 for car braked dynamometers 4x4) for brake device, USB port for printers and and automatic meteo device,  parallel port for Hardware Key, CDROM, speed at least 48X;

8. The PC mother board must have at least 2 PCI slots free for our acquisition cards installation;

9. Remove other cards that aren’t necessary to dynamometer working (audio, net modem or SCSI controller cards);

10. Printer: For hi-quality printings we advise any printer desktop.

  

    

  

1. Environments: INERTIAL 4.0 (BRAKER 4.0) software works in Windows environment (Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows Xp);

2. Disable screen savers and other software loaded at Windows-start-time. Not to disable anti-virus software.
